The Village at Rio Rancho TIDD

Overview

The Village at Rio Rancho Tax Increment Development District was established in 2009 by Resolution No. 135 (Enactment No. 09-133), for the purpose of financing the Wellspring RCP storm drain, Wellspring water lines, West Branch channel construction, traffic signal for Wellspring and Unser, and traffic signal for Westside and Wellspring, including landscaping and various soft costs. The District encompasses approximately 76 acres of land.

Boundaries

The Village TIDD is generally bounded to the south by Wellspring Avenue, to the west by Unser Boulevard, and to the north and east by Westside Boulevard.
