Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Plan

A public meeting was held on February 20, 2013 at Rio Rancho City Hall to discuss the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Plan. At the meeting, ADA roadway infrastructure compliance inspections and remediation compliance of construction projects was discussed. Comments were collected at the meeting and online.

Grievance Procedures:

Citizens can notify the City of any noncompliance issues through our Report Rio Rancho Application.  Choose ADA Issue from the Report Type drop down menu.
  • Citizens can then specify if the issue is a Ped Push Button, Sidewalk, or Wheel Chair Ramp.
