Boundaries: Beginning at the northeast corner of the intersection of Pinetree Road SE and Southern Boulevard SE and proceeding northerly along Pinetree Road to the intersection at Oakmount Drive, then crossing to the west side of Pinetree Road and proceeding further northerly to the northern side of the intersection at St. Andrews Drive, thence easterly to the western right of way of NMSR 528, thence south along said right of way to the northwest corner of the intersection of Southern Boulevard thence westerly to the intersection and point of beginning , to include all lands within said boundary, excluding the Walgreen’s property at Southern Boulevard and NMSR 528.
