Vendor Registration

The Vendor List is a listing of suppliers, consultants, and businesses that wish to receive invitations for bids (IFBs) or requests for proposals (RFPs). 


HOW TO REGISTER (Vendor Registration packet)

If your company wishes to register with the City of Rio Rancho, please download and complete the Vendor Registration packet, which includes a W9 form. Once the packet is completed, please save and email it to purchasing@rrnm.gov, or print and fax it to 505-891-5762. 


Vendors not online can contact the Purchasing Division for information to be mailed.


Placement on the Vendor List does not automatically guarantee the City will purchase goods or services from a vendor.
